Advanced Environmental Options, Inc. participates in temporary one-day household hazardous waste (HHW) collection events held in multiple locations throughout your service area.  This type of collection event provides convenient, local access to a large number of residents and eliminates the need for large capital investments required to build and operate a permanent collection facility.  Temporary One-Day Collection Events are appropriate for Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQGs), Small Quantity Generators (SQGs), first time collections, rural communities, and communities where funds are limited. 

AEO will identify, segregate, package and transport all HHW material received during these events and will maximize recycling efforts as well as minimize transportation and disposal costs.  AEO will also provide regulatory, reporting and technical assistance for the collection event.
